Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs plans to sign a bill Thursday to repeal a 160-year-old abortion ban. It was revived by the state Supreme Court last month. The Arizona Senate, which is controlled by Republicans, narrowly voted to repeal the law that bans almost all abortions.
