Bills' Cole Beasley: Back-to-back clunkers
Beasley caught just one of two targets for five yards in Buffalo's 38-20 win over Kansas City on Sunday night.
Considering just how fantastic Beasley was all of last season and the early part of this one, managers have to be grossly disappointed seeing the Bills put up 78 points over the last two games and Beasley having a horrible 3-21-0 combined line over that span. Tight end Dawson Knox and veteran receiver Emmanuel Sanders have become major producers in this offense, and that's pushed down Stefon Diggs and Beasley from their normal levels of output. Beasley will have his days -- he's too much of a trusted target for Josh Allen not to -- as exhibited by his 11-98-0 line just before the two recent clunkers, but trying to figure out when exactly those games are going to hit will be a tough task, as the veteran slot man's output has been all over the board through five games.
