How to watch Canada vs. El Salvador

Before you tune in to Wednesday's World Cup qualifiers, you need to see the CONCACAF World Cup qualifiers picks from European soccer insider Martin Green. After working in the sports betting industry for several years, Green became a professional sports writer and handicapper and has covered the game worldwide. Since then, his European soccer picks have been spot-on. Green has generated over $36,000 for $100 bettors since the 2017-18 season, and he has his finger on the pulse of the game all over the globe.

For Canada vs. El Salvador, Green is going under 2.5 total goals. That bet returns -110 at Caesars.

El Salvador has kept three consecutive clean sheets, tying Costa Rica 0-0 in a friendly in August before posting 0-0 draws against the USA and Honduras last week. Green notes that El Salvador "generally likes to keep things tight in defense."

On the other hand, El Salvador hasn't mustered much offense of its own. Not only has it gone scoreless in those three recent games, it also lost 1-0 to Mexico in the Gold Cup earlier in the summer. That makes it unlikely that El Salvador will contribute much, if at all, to the final goal tally. Asking Canada to put up multiple goals against this defense seems like a tall order, making the under the value play.
