Ex-Zion Williamson Agent Cites No Sworn Denial of College Gifts

A former marketing agent for NBA star Zion Williamson called on him to file an affidavit stating any money his family received when he was in college was lawful, in a suit alleging Williamson breached his contract when he signed with a new agent.

Prime Sports Marketing LLC is seeking to reopen the Middle District of North Carolina’s ruling that the contract Williamson signed with Prime Sports shortly after he entered the NBA draft was invalid because it failed to warn Williamson he would be forfeiting his eligibility to play college ball.
