It’s been roughly a month since the last time we’ve seen a new episode of Rick and Morty. But this week we’re finally back.

Leave it to Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland’s sci-fi comedy to keep things unpredictable. After releasing new episodes on a weekly basis, Rick and Morty changed up everything for its finale. We’re about to see the first ever two-part finale for this wild show. Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch Rick and Morty Season 5 Episodes 9 and 10.

When Is The Rick and Morty’s Season 5 Episode 9 and 10 Release Date? When Does Rick and Morty Come Back?

You waited patiently, and now the fruits of your labor have paid off. This Sunday, September 5, marks the two-part Season 5 finale of Rick and Morty. “Forgetting Sarick Mortshall” will premiere first. This one is sporting the logline, “Two Crows, broh. These guys are mad smart.” That will be immediately followed by “Rickmurai Jack”, which can be described as “Tryin something new broh. Doin it big.” A big finale means big expectations.

What Time Is Rick and Morty on Tonight? When Does Rick and Morty Season 5 Episode 9 and 10 Release?

It’s going to be a later night than usual. Why? Because we’re getting not one but two new episodes. Episode 9 premieres on Adult Swim this Sunday, September 5 at 11/10c p.m. It will then be immediately following by Episode 10 at 11:30/10:30c p.m.

Where Can I Watch Rick and Morty Season 5 Online for Free?

Now is a truly wonderful time to be a Rick and Morty fan. At the moment all eight episodes are available to watch on Adult Swim’s site for free. But if you want to watch the final two episodes live, then you’re going to need access to live TV.

If you have cable, you’re already set. Make sure your TV is turned to Cartoon Network on or before 11 p.m. ET tonight. You can even watch if you’re going to be away from your TV. As long as you have a cable username and password you can watch Rick and Morty live from anywhere. As an added bonus, you can also use that cable username and password to watch the first eight episodes of this season.

Are you a cord cutter who still loves live TV? Then you’re still set. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, and Sling TV all come with Cartoon Network, which means they have Adult Swim. You can also use these services to watch past episodes.

What if none of this applies to you? Then you better hope Adult Swim is feeling generous. At the moment the first eight episodes are available to stream for free on the network’s website and apps. Episode 9 and 10 will likely be locked under a cable username and password, at least for the first week. If all of those options fail, you can always hope the final two episodes will air during Adult Swim’s Rick and Morty 24/7 live stream.

Is Rick and Morty on Hulu?

It is, but probably not the season you’re eyeing. The first four seasons of Rick and Morty are on all versions of Hulu. As for Season 5, it’s only available through Hulu’s live TV skinny bundle package, Hulu + Live TV. As we’ve covered before, Season 5 is expected to come to Hulu, but it’s going to take a few months.



Is Rick and Morty on HBO Max?

With HBO Max, you’re looking at the same deal as Hulu. The streaming service does have Rick and Morty Seasons 1 through 4, and Season 5 is expected to come to it. But that won’t happen until after this season and Rick and Morty‘s SVOD blackout period has ended. Bottom line? It’ll be a few months.

Altogether there are 10 episodes in this season, which means after tonight we’re all done.
