Joe Burrow exited Thursday night's game at M&T Bank Stadium with a wrist injury and did not return, throwing the health of the Bengals' franchise quarterback into question once again.

"It looked like he sprained his wrist. [He] fell on it early in the game and then felt it on the touchdown pass," Bengals Head Coach Zac Taylor said.

Burrow left near the end of the first half after going 11-of-17 for 101 yards and one touchdown. He was replaced by Jake Browning, who was 8-of-14 for 68 yards and one touchdown.

Burrow winced in pain after throwing a touchdown pass to Joe Mixon in the second quarter. He went to the locker room after he couldn't grip the ball to throw on the sideline.
