The streaming service confirmed earlier this year that a Korean-language remake of the show was being produced, with “Squid Game” star Park Hae-soo set to star as Andrés “Berlin” de Fonollosa. In a statement confirming his casting, Park said, “In the past five years, fans around the world have shown their love for the series. I hope our Korean version also receives your love and support.”
