The Dallas Cowboys used a steady, unrelenting offense to defeat the New York Jets 30-10 on Sunday.

Led by a defensive masterclass by Micah Parsons, the Cowboys limited the Jets to 215 total yards while spreading their own scoring throughout all four quarters.

Parsons had two sacks and several more big defensive plays to keep Zach Wilson and the Jets offense from finding a rhythm. On the other side of the ball, Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott was 31/38 for 255 yards and two touchdowns, while CeeDee Lamb had 143 receiving yards on 11 receptions.

The win moves the Cowboys to 2-0, with each win coming against a New York team.
