Pacers vs. Warriors: Game thread, lineups, TV info and more

The Pacers are back in action on a back-to-back when they visit the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Tuesday night.

After the Kings torched the Pacers from 3-land on Monday night, the thought of facing Steph Curry and the Warriors seems daunting. The Warriors have found their stride since Draymond Green’s return as Green and Curry acclimate several new running mates to their high expectations and level of play.

The Pacers need to straighten out their defensive approach, in particular their communication while frequently switching on the perimeter. One thing should be clear without having to be said — don’t leave Steph open. Whether verbalized or not, that task is easier said than done.

The task will be even tougher if Victor Oladipo is not available on the back-to-back. Vic carried a heavy load in Sacramento on Monday and was non-committal about his availability against the Dubs. The absence of T.J. Warren and T.J. McConnell has been felt in the past two losses, so adding Vic to the missing rotation guys certainly won’t help the Pacers try to win after losing their last two games.

IND: Victor Oldipo (knee management) - questionable, T.J. McConnell (personal) - out, Jeremy Lamb (knee) - out, Brian Bowen II (groin) - out, Goga Bitadze (ankle) - out, T.J. Warren (foot) - out, Jalen Lecque (ankle) - out

GSW: Marquese Chriss (ankle) - out, Alen Smailagić (knee) - out, Klay Thompson (Achilles tedon) - out

Please leave your thoughts and observations on the game in the comments.
