Jurgen Klopp says Curtis Jones and Andy Robertson are fit to return for Liverpool in tonight's Premier League clash with Sheffield United at Anfield.

Midfielder Jones hasn't featured since mid-February due to the ankle injury he suffered in the win over Brentford.

Left-back Robertson was hurt playing for Scotland against Northern Ireland last week and missed Sunday's victory over Brighton & Hove Albion with a bruised ankle.

Wataru Endo is, though, a fitness concern ahead of the visit of Chris Wilder's side, while Diogo Jota, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alisson are on course to return to training next week.

“Curtis is in full training and in contention,” says manager Jurgen Klopp. “Curtis was incredibly important (before the injury). He set the tone and played an outstanding season. He looks outstanding in training.

“In an ideal world, he will play 15, 20, 30 minutes, whatever, then they build the body again for all these tough things coming up.

“Robbo is back. Wataru got a knock in the last game so we have to see for tomorrow what we do with him.

“Diogo and Trent are together in a group. It looks like next week they will be in parts of team training and then we will see. Ali looks good. In his mind parts of team training next week as well.”
