Ex-Rubio campaign adviser on candidate strategies for presidential debates

President Trump and Joe Biden go head-to-head in Cleveland on Tuesday night for the first presidential debate. Lanhee Chen, a fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution and former policy director to the Romney-Ryan 2012 campaign as well as a senior adviser to Marco Rubio's 2016 presidential bid, joins CBSN's Elaine Quijano on "Red and Blue" with his analysis on how to prep for debate night.
