FCC votes to restore net neutrality

The Federal Communications Commission voted to adopt net neutrality regulations, a reversal from the policy adopted during former President Donald Trump's administration. Christopher Sprigman, a professor at the New York University School of Law, joins CBS News with more on the vote.
