Fourth officer dies after shooting in Charlotte
Three U.S. Marshals and one Charlotte police officer were killed Monday after being met with “active gunfire” from a suspect inside an east Charlotte home. At least eight law enforcement officers were injured in the shooting, including three CMPD officers who were injured. Charlotte police officers were called to the scene of a home on Galway Drive about a shooting.
