Microsoft is reportedly in talks to buy the popular video-sharing app TikTok from its Chinese owner, a source tells NBC News. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump told reporters on Friday that he wants to ban the app that has around 100 million users by using an executive order as early as Saturday.
