Millions of Americans could lose their homes at the end of the year when federal and local eviction moratoriums expire. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention put a temporary ban in place in September, saying evictions could lead to a public health crisis. CBS News Moneywatch reporter Irina Ivanova explains how the situation has gotten worse since the beginning of the pandemic and how tenants could still owe back rent.
