Netanyahu agrees to reschedule Washington delegation to discuss Rafah

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Friday he plans to reschedule a delegation's visit to Washington, D.C., to discuss Israel's military action in Rafah, in southern Gaza.
