Oregon police narrow search for man suspected of kidnapping, torturing woman
Oregon police appear to be zeroing their manhunt in on 36-year-old Benjamin Foster who is wanted for attempted murder, kidnapping, and assault. Officials released a picture on Facebook claiming it shows Foster walking a small dog in the Grants Pass area.
