State of emergency declared after fire shuts down 10 Freeway

Governor Gavin Newsom declared a state of emergency Saturday night, following a massive fire that shut down part of the 10 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles. A press conference held by Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass is scheduled for 12:15 p.m. Sunday. KTLA 5's Erin Myers reports.
