Supreme Court strikes down Louisiana abortion law

In a 5-4 ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Louisiana restrictions that could have forced many abortion clinics to close by requiring doctors have hospital admitting privileges. Ilya Shapiro, director of the Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies at the Cato Institute, joins CBSN to discuss the impact.
