Jun.03 -- Protests over the death of unarmed black man, George Floyd, while in police custody are continuing for an eighth consecutive night, despite curfews in cities across the country including New York City. The Pentagon says about 1600 troops have been moved to the Washington, D.C., area, but defense officials earlier distanced themselves from President Trump’s warning he could use active-duty military forces to clamp down on protests. Bloomberg’s John Harney reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
