“The sudden Covid-19 outbreak has posed a severe test for the whole world,” said China’s President Xi Jinping, as he delivered a recorded address to the UN General Assembly as the United Nations marks its 75th anniversary. Xi's recorded address was played at the UNGA hall as the annual meeting of world leaders was conducted with strict social distancing.
