Why some mail-in ballots are rejected

A missing signature, an unverified signature, or late arrival are the most common reasons for a ballot to be rejected, according to the U.S. Election Assistance Commission report from the 2016 election. CBS News political reporter Caitlin Huey-Burns and CBS News 2020 campaign reporter Adam Brewster join Elaine Quijano on CBSN's "Red and Blue" to talk about how to make sure your mail-in vote is counted.
