The NFL has dismissed a neurologist who cleared Miami Dolphins Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa to play after he appeared to hit his head during a game. When Tagovailoa took another hit during another game just four days later, resulting in him being taken off the field on a stretcher and diagnosed with a concussion, many were outraged. Among them was Chris Nowinski, neuroscientist and co-founder of the Concussion Legacy Foundation, who joined Jim Braude to talk about the decision to allow Tagovailoa back on the field and who should be held accountable.
