Jared Padecki stars in new series, ‘Wker’ | How to watch, live stream, TV channel, time
The series premiere of Walker, a reimagining of the long-running series Walker, Texas Ranger stars Jared Padalecki and airs on The CW tonight, Jan. 21, at 8 p.m. ET/PT. You can also stream the show on FuboTV (free trial).
Padalecki plays Cordell Walker, a widower and a father of two. He’s been out on his own for a year, living by his own moral code in Austin, Texas. It’s time he went back to his kids. But Walker will discover there are bigger things that need fixing back at home.
While away, his brother Liam, an assistant district attorney in New York, and stepped in to run the family, which will make it hard for Walker to find a role when he returns. He also will try to reconnect with his son, August, and his daughter, Stella.
At work things have turned upside-down as well, as Walker’s former colleague Larry James is now his Ranger Captain, and they both need time to adjust. He also meets Micki Ramirez, one of the first women in Texas Rangers’ history. If all that wasn’t enough, Walker will grow increasingly suspicious about the circumstances surrounding his wife’s death.
