Matthew Perry is engaged!: 'I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet'
Matthew Perry is having a better 2020 than most of us – she said yes!
The "Friends" star, 51, revealed to People he proposed to longtime girlfriend Molly Hurwitz, 29.
“I decided to get engaged," he told the magazine. "Luckily, I happened to be dating the greatest woman on the face of the planet at this time.”

Hurwitz, who is a literary agent, confirmed their relationship earlier this year with a sweet Valentine's Day message that also managed to poke fun at Perry about his plunge into Instagram a few days earlier.
“Second year being my valentine, but his first as an Instagram influencer,” she wrote on her own IG account, which is private. “HVD to my favorite.”

The couple has been dating since 2018, according to People.
Perry has a full 2021 ahead. In addition to the whole wedding planning thing, he and his former co-stars are set to get back together for the long-awaited "Friends" reunion, which has been sidelined by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier this month, he tweeted: "Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that's the way I like it!"
