U.K. Reopens as Covid Cases Soar

Jul.19 -- U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson plans to get the economy back to normal and that plan is in disarray with covid cases rising the most in the world and a public outcry over the prime minister’s perceived attempt to dodge isolation rules after his health minister tested positive for the virus. Pandemic restrictions are ending today, but this isn’t the freedom day that Johnson may have wanted. Bloomberg’s Lizzy Burden reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Europe.”
